Location:
On the hills on the “VILLA POGGIOLO” farm in the South of Bologna.

Wine-making process:
After an accurate selection only the bunches that are perfectly intact and healthy are picked and left to sun-dry out on grids in a ventilated arid environment. After the sun-drying process, the “sun-dried grapes” are put into a press that softly squeezes them. Then placed into fermenting barrels in a thermo controlled environment. At the end of the fermentation period the wine undergoes battonage for about 4 months and left to settle for 14 months in oak barrels acquiring natural meritorious aromas and tastes.


Characteristics:
Gold-yellow colour with amber tones. Characteristic fragrance of vanilla sun-dried fruit and honey. Sweet taste, round full-bodied and smooth.

8 years.
